This client was in a tough situation as they were experiencing leaks over one of the most critical rooms in the medical facility. The difficult situation was that the roof housed a large amount of mechanicals, and there was only four feet of clearance with roughly 80% of the roof covered. We were able to use silicone to warrant the system and solve their difficult situation. The advantage to using silicone is that our crew was able to work under all of the mechanicals.
