This roof was experiencing the same problems that most aging roofs do. Thermal Expansion was causing there to be large issues with the seams and penetrations. We were able to install new insulation board over the current substrate, coat the roof with silicone, and then provide the client with a 20-year systems warranty from the manufacturer. Our silicone restoration systems are most cost effective and less invasive to the building.
