This EPDM roof was showing some major aging as the seams and penetrations were seeing the effects of thermal expansion. The heating and cooling of the roof over time causes issues and leaks begin to form. This roof had many repairs done previously, and the client was ready to stop chasing leaks and dealing with the headaches. We installed a seamless silicone system which fully encapsulates the roof and provides a warranted roofing solution to our client!
