A client asked us to travel to Tennessee to replace a section of their cold storage warehouse which was causing a lot of issues. We removed the existing ballasted EPDM section causing issues and replaced with a PVC Membrane. We also completed some perimeter work including some new insulation and new scuppers. While on site, we were given the opportunity to also replace two small roofs over the office portion of the building.
