This roof was experiencing the many troubles that come with an aging roof. The client was having issues with leaks into the building, and the roofing system itself was in bad condition. We were able to install a TPO system with a grey membrane ensuring the client will no longer have issues with water intrusion. Along with providing a 15 year warranty, we removed old rooftop units that were no longer in use.
