This is a very unique and client specific project that we were able to complete which solved a major issue in the warehouse. There are small sections of flat roof on this building, each about 1,000 sq. ft. They were causing major issues and the EPDM was leaking badly. We worked out a solution to replace the EPDM and then coat the area with silicone, which allows the water to drain better moving forward. This project worked to success and are now preparing to complete the same on the remaining 5 sections of the building.
