This storage building is an old facility, and had two built up roof systems installed over the life of the building. A few years prior, a PVC roof was installed on the roof to recover the built-up roofs. Once this client began using Seamless for their roofing needs, they asked us to take a look because the PVC was not performing. The best solution was to rip everything out down to the deck and install all new insulation and a TPO roof.
