This was a unique job as the roof was functioning fairly well, but due to use it or lose it funding, the client chose to replace the system prior to end of life. The selected roof was a fully adhered system with a 30-year warranty. This is one of the most robust systems available, and the good news is the client will not have to worry about their roof until 2050!
