This roof had served its useful life and was beginning to experience failure across the whole system. There were punctures throughout the field, the flashings were beginning to fail at penetrations, and there was a lot of water under the membrane causing the insulation to be wet. A full replacement of this section was needed. We also were able to replace some old and unused rooftop fans, and replace areas of rusted decking during this project.
