I spoke to several companies about their coatings. Seamless was the only company that came out and explained the process from start to finish. They came prepared with samples of finished product, walked me through the process, explained the advantages of coating vs membrane and fully explained the warranty process, all at about 1/3 the cost of total replacement. I felt very comfortable moving forward with Seamless Roofing LLC. My jobsites are very strictly controlled. I ask a lot of contractors that work on Buckingham properties and the project manager at Seamless worked within my parameters. He reported in when they arrived on site and checked out in the evenings with a day's summary and what would be upcoming. They worked to get the job done diligently and professionally from the initial cleaning to final inspection, and the finished product looks like a new roof was installed. The job was completed on time and without cost over runs or change orders. I would certainly use Seamless Roofing LLC again in the future, and in fact, have already discussed future projects with them. To say that I was happy would be an understatement.

I would say they are far and above exemplary individuals who run their company with integrity and professionalism.
